An influential leader in the scrap metal recycling and freight transportation industries, and often referred to as the "Father of Riverboat Gambling", Bernie Goldstein's entrepreneurial achievements ran as deep as the river they were born on.

Valley Construction Company
Since taking over ownership of the company, the Hass Brothers have overseen numerous large projects and earned recognition for Valley Construction Company as one of the area's most respected 
full-service contractors.
